Explain the TlsSetValue (TLSindex, dataPtr)Function

The TlsSetValue function  associates the  dataPtr passed as a parameter as local storage for the requesting thread. The associated thread storage for the requesting thread. The associated thread storage pointer is stored in a slot of the TLSindex table for later access.
