Explain the term organisation structure.
It is the systematic arrangement of the people doing work for the organisation so as to achieve predecided goals.
This structure is concerned with the establishment of positions involving persons and the relationships among positions. The structure gives a suitable frame work for authority and responsibility relationships between different positions. While designing the organisation structure, there are two major considerations:
- Differentiation and
- Integration
