Explain the Significance of Binary Data
Controlled devices generally contain registers that are made up of binary digits (bits). The following illustration shows how these registers can be used to control a device.
Example
Device on the left is a mobile trolley with 3 wheels. All three wheels can turn right or left and every wheel has its own electric driving motor.
