Explain the processor-memory interconnection network (pmin), Computer Engineering

Assignment Help:

Processor-Memory Interconnection Network (PMIN):

It's a switch which attaches several processors to distinct memory modules. Connecting each processor to every memory module in a single phase while the crossbar switch may become complicated. So, multistage network can be approved. There might be a clash among processors for example they try to access same memory modules. This clash is as well resolved by PMIN.
