A project consists of activities A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. The precedence relationships and the estimated times to complete each activity are given below: Activity Preceding Activity Estimated Time (in days) A - 12 B A 5 C A 10 D A 3 E D 3 F C, D 7 G E, F 5 Additionally, activity ‘B' can start after 2 days work has been completed on activity ‘A' and activity C can start after 6 days work has been completed on activity ‘A'. Activity G can start only after 3 days have elapsed after the completion of activity ‘E'. Draw an Activity on Node Network for this project. Find the ES, EF, LS, LF, TF and AF for each activity assuming that the 36 days are available to complete the project. Identify the critical activities using the TF calculated by you. Draw a Gantt chart showing all the activities as bars from ES to EF. Plot the staffing requirement plot showing staffing requirements for each day assuming each activity requires one person working on it.
