Activity G can start only after 3 days have elapsed after the completion of activity ‘E'. Draw an Activity on Node Network for this project. Find the ES, EF, LS, LF, TF and AF for each activity assuming that the 36 days are available to complete the project. Identify the critical activities using the TF calculated by you. Draw a Gantt chart showing all the activities as bars from ES to EF. Plot the staffing requirement plot showing staffing requirements for each day assuming each activity requires one person working on it. Show how you can smooth out the staffing requirements by taking advantage of TF and AF.
