Explain the Occurrence of vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 activity is attributed to the 3 compounds-pyridoxol (pyridoxine), pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, generally comprised in the vitamin B6 group. They occur in any living cell. While the quantitative share of pyridoxal is proportionately largest in the vegetable kingdom, the phosphates of pyridoxal and pyridoxamine predominate in the animal cell and in yeasts, vitamin B6 is found   9 abundantly in green plants, molasses, brewer's yeast, egg yolk and several animal organs such as liver and kidneys.
