Explain the Nutrient Deficiency Disorders?
Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM), iron deficiency anaemia (IDA) and vitamin A deficiency (VAD) are still the major public health problems affecting large number of preschoolers in our country. PEM affects 60-70% children of low income group in our country.
