Explain the Frequency of Inspection - Underwater Inspection?

Underwater inspections must be done on every bridge identified for such inspection as per the Indian Railways Bridge Manual (IRBM) provisions. It should be also carried out after any collision with the bridge superstructure or after a major storm so that physical evidence is inspected and recorded.
