Flexibility Exercises and Examples
In flexibility exercises, movable joints allow one or more of the following types of movements.
Flexion - Flexion decreases the joint angle e.g. bending the head forward, bending the arm at the elbow or curling fingers
Extension - Extension is the reverse from the flexion. It means extension increases the joint angle e.g. bending the head backward, extend the elbow by straightening the arm
