Which of the following results from the elimination of DNA helicase activity in a cell?

A. The melting of the DNA double helix at the site of replication initiation will fail to happen.

B. The replication fork will fail to advance because of the inability of the double helix to be unwound.

C. DNA polymerase will no longer be processive and will only synthesize 10-20 nucleotides at a time.
