It must be clear to you now that gum ghatti, gum karaya, gum tragacanth ( classified as exudate gums) locust bean  gum, guar gum (classified as seed gums) and pullulan, xanthan, curdlan, dextran etc.(microbial polysaccharides) along with conventional nonstarch polysaccharides such as cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin which are cell wall polysaccharides are all  food hydrocolloids.
