Terbinafine (Lamisil) - Terbinafine is a synthetic allylamine approved by the FDA for treatment of onychomycosis of the toenail or fingernail due to dermatophytes. It likely acts by inhibiting squalene epoxidase and blocking ergosterol synthesis.
