(a) Short Message Service (SMS) is a service available on most mobile phones that allows the sending of short messages between mobile phones, other handheld devices and even landline telephones.

Briefly describe why an SMS is limited to 160 characters.

(b) Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is a standard for a telephony messaging systems that allow sending messages that includes multimedia objects (images, video, audio, rich text) and not just text messages as in Short message service.

Briefly explain the two modes of delivery in MMS.

(c) Prepare the basic steps that should be taken to secure a WiFi network.
