Explain RS422A standard.

RS422A:

1.  Date Rate: 10 Mbits per second

2.  Driving capability up to 4000ft and 10 receivers

3.  This is Differential standard that is- all signals are represented with a pair of wires and voltage difference across these wires is sensed at the receiver.

This minimizes the result of ground noise or the voltage drop beside the signal leads.

4.  Signal levels are: from -2 to -6V and from +2 to +6V.
