Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation is an essential step in the nutritional care process and is very important too. Monitoring specifically refers to the review and measurement of the patient/client/group status at a predetermined follow-up point with regards to the nutrition diagnosis, intervention plan, goals and outcomes.
