Explain Non-surgical Endodontic Retreatment - Missed Canal

  • Missed root canal as it hold pulp tissues and bacteria is major cause of endodontic failure.
  • Mandibular molar with three mesial root canal.
  • Mandibular molar with extra distal canal

 

  1. In tooth morphology we took that in some cases upper 1stmolar have 6 canals ( 2 in mesial ,3 in palatal and 1 in distobuccal )
  2. The majority of extra-canal in the maxillary 1st and 2nd molar are in the mesioobuccal , but it can be found in the palatal or distal.
  3. Madidular molar have defiantly 2 mesial canal and in the distal it may have 1 or 2 canals..there is extra- canal that we call it middle middle (MM) between the 2 mesial canal N Paramolaris in distobuccal
  4. Intromolaris in meisopalatal
