Explain the Nature of fatty acids present in the triglyceride?

Nature of fatty acids present in the triglyceride determines the physico-chemical properties and biological significance of the lipid. Triglycerides made up of saturated fatty acids are solids at room temperature and are called fats. If unsaturated fatty acids are present, they are liquid at room temperature and are called oils.
