Ans. Unlike air, natural waters contain their natural flora, as well as, microorganisms from soil and possibly from animals and sewage. The kinds of bacteria in natural water are chiefly species of Pseudomonas, Chromobacterium, l'roteus, Micrococcus, Bacillus, Streptococcus, Enterobacter and Escherichia.
