Explain Maximum Tubular Secretory Capacity

The maximum rate at which tubules can transport a substance from the blood vessel to the lumen or from the lumen to the blood vessel is limited by the carrier system. The maximum rate is known as the tubular maximum and is usually expressed as milligram per minute.
