Technical skill refers to the proficiency in handling methods, processes and techniques of a particular type of industrial/business operation. This is essential for a manager to know that technical skill must be employed in a particular work. Technical skill is necessary for lower level management.
Conceptual skill: It is the capability to see the organization as an entire, to recognize inter-relationships between different functions of the business and external forces, and to show effectively the organizational efforts. Communicating skills (capability to pass on information to others efficiently) and motivating skills (inspiring people to do what you need them to do), these are the two Human Relations skills.
