Explan Ketogenic diet

Ketogenic diet:  It is occasionally used to facilitate the control of epilepsy. Here, the patient  is  initially  fasted  for  48 hours and thereafter, half the  energy requirement is provided as MCT (medium chain  trig1  yeeride) oil. Energy  intake  from ordinary food must be restricted to prevent the suppression of  ketones.
