Goal is to stimulate a dialogue that will, ideally, result in succession of purchases and complete engagement. This interaction signifies an exchange between each organisation and every customer; according to the quality and satisfaction of the exchange process, it will or won't be repeated. It follows, hence, that communication is a very significant and integral part of the exchange process, and it is the skill as well as judgement of management that determine, in most cases, success or failure.
