Explain Hygiene Factors.
Hygiene Factors: Maslow's require Hierarchy Theory on Motivation has been modified through Fredrick Herzberg and his contacts. Their research purports to get a two-factor theory of motivation. In one group of needs are all things as administration and policy, supervision, interpersonal relations, working conditions, salary, job security, personal life and status. These were determined by Herzberg and his associates to be only who are not satisfiers and not motivators. Conversely, if they exist in a work environment in high quality and quantity, they yield no dissatisfaction. Their existence does not motivate means of yielding satisfaction, although their lack of existence would, though, result in dissatisfaction. These were termed as 'hygiene Factors'.
