Explain Healthy nutrition

There is no doubt that adoption of Healthy nutrition lifestyle and the practice of good nutrition habits would help eliminate many health problems caused by malnutrition. Here, the role of health professional or a dietitian comes into picture. A health professional needs to have a sound knowledge *about nutrition and must be able to apply the principles of sound nutrition practice  to cater to the needs of patients.  These include all diet-related questions and complaints to which clear and simple explanations must be provided by  the health professional.
