Explain ethnocentric, Operation Management

Assignment Help:

Select an MNE with which you are familiar and determine which staffing approach (ethnocentric, polycentric, geocentric, or regiocentric) would be most beneficial to that enterprise. Support your answer with an example.

Place yourself in a major MNE working currently in the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. You have ambitions of climbing to the highest levels in the company, and you know that an international assignment is important to your career plan. Why would you make a good choice for an expatriate, and what might you do to increase the likelihood that you would be selected for such an assignment?
