Whenever there is a relative speed among a source of sound and the listener, the apparent frequency of sound listen by the listener is dissimilar from the real frequency of sound emitted by the source.

When the distance among the source and listener is reducing the apparent frequency enhances. It describes the apparent frequency is more than the real frequency of voice. The reverse is also true.
