Explain BIOS in java language?

BIOS basically stand for Basic input/output system it is also called as the system BIOS or ROM BIOS is a de facto standard describing a firmware interface. The name originated from the Basic Input Output System used within the CP/M operating system (released in 1976). The BIOS software is built within the PC, and is the first software run through a PC when powered on.
