Arterial Continuous Mummer : These originate in constricted arteries as in carotid or femoral artery obstruction (Mummer are louder in systole, often only systolic) or in non-constricted arteries as in patients with large systemic lo pulmonary arterial collaterals in TOF with pulmonary atresia.
