Explain advantageand disadvantages of a dynamic document.

 

The chief advantages of a dynamic document lie in its capability to report current information. For illustration a dynamic document can be used to report current stock prices, current weather conditions etc.

The main disadvantages of dynamic document approach are raised cost and the incapability to display changing information. A dynamic document takes a little longer to retrieve than a static document since server requires more time to run the application program which creates the documents.
