Leadership:

It is the process of influencing a group into an exact situation at specified point of time and in an exact set of circumstances which stimulate people to strive willingly to achieve organisational objectives. Three distinct styles of leadership are there and they are:

a. Authoritarian.

b. Democratic.

c. Free Rein or Laissez - Faire
