Explain about the product levels in briefly.

Product levels in marketing are specified in below:

a. First and more basic level is core benefit implies basic services customer is buying. While buyer of AC is buying for cooling hotel room for buyer services and rest.

b. Second level, market has to turn core benefit in fundamental product. Hotel customer finds in hotel bed, its room, bathroom, table, AC and towel.

c. At third level marketer arranges an expected product through anticipating set of conditions and also attributes buyer usually expect while buying such product. Hotel guest suppose air room, fresh towel, clean bed, light and peace.

d. At fourth level members arrange augmented product which increases customer’s expectation. For instant of Hotel can comprise projection T.V. set, effectual additional entertainment and fresh flowers.

e. Fifth level stand potential product that encompasses all the probable augmentations and transformations the product may undergo within future.
