Explain about the monochromaticity of laser.

Monochromaticity:

The light emitted through a laser is monochromatic, that is this is of one wavelength (colour). Although in case of ordinary light, several wavelengths of light are emitted. It is the properties of laser, which differentiate this from ordinary light.
