Survey or sample of buyer’s intentions preferably suited for short and medium-term sales forecasting, the outcomes can be fairly precise and realistic. An example of customers could be asked would you buy that product and in what quantity? Such data can after that be extrapolated through the sample taken, to make a population forecast for probable demand levels.
