Q. Explain about Nonconforming Material?
If PMI test results indicate that the material or item does not meet the specified composition of the alloy, the subject material/item is considered nonconforming and shall be rejected.
• If material or items that do not conform to the specified standard or specification shall be documented on a NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and the NCR provided to WorleyParsons to determine the extent of further testing to identify the material and suitability for use.
