Q. Explain about Local Area Network?

Local Area Network (LAN):  It is privately owned communication systems that cover up a small area, say a complex of buildings or school. Length is about 10 meters to few kilometers at a high speed like 10 MBPS to 1000 MBPS. It has minimum low error rate.
