Q. Explain about Folded network?
Folded network: When all the outlets/inlets are connected to the subscriber lines, logical connection appears as displayed in figure. In this case, output lines are folded back to input and hence the network is known as a folded network. Four types of connection can be established:
1. Local call connection between two subscribers in the system.
2. Outgoing call connection between a subscriber and an outgoing trunk.
3. Incoming call connection between an incoming trunk and a local subscriber.
4. Transit calls connection between an incoming trunk and an outgoing trunk.
In a folded network with N subscriber, there may be a maximum of N/2 simultaneous calls or information interchanges.
The magnetic fields can be plot by using: i. Compass ii. Iron dust method .
Why do we use XRA A instruction The XRA A instruction is used to clear the contents of the Accumulator and keep the value 00H.
Define Short Lines? For short power lines (up to 50 miles; 80 km), the effects of the shunt capacitance and leakage resistance are negligible. Hence the line may be represente
Explain Hall Effect. Hall Effect: If a current carrying conductor is placed in a magnetic field, a voltage is produced that acts in the perpendicular direction to the current
For the circuit of Figure, obtain the complete solution for the current i L (t) through the 5-H inductor and the voltage v x (t) across the 6- resistor.
SUB Subtract Instruction This instruction is used to subtract the contents of any register or memory location from the contents of accumulator. There are two formats as
