Explain about creation and storing
Creation of new knowledge is mainly through problem solving, innovative programmes and conversion of implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge. Storing is the coding and preserving of value-added knowledge for easy access. Transfer and utilisation refer to the mechanical, electronic and interpersonal movement of information and knowledge throughout the organisation as well as its application and use by members of the organisation wherever they be located. . These elements are ongoing, interactive and dynamic instead of being sequential and independent.
