Blood pressure is explained as the force exerted by the blood against the walls of the arteries.
Blood pressure (BP) can be described as the force of blood being pumped by the heart. When the heart pushes the blood with force (contraction of heart) and it reaches the artery/blood vessels it is known as Systolic Blood pressure (upper BP).
