Q. Explain about Automatic Stabilizers?

Automatic Stabilizers: Government fiscal policies which have effect of automatically moderating cyclical ups and downs of capitalism. Illustrations include income taxes (that collect less or more taxes depending on the state of economy) and unemployment insurance benefits (that automatically replace lost income for people who lose their jobs)
