Explain a simple theodolite or astrolabe, Physics

Assignment Help:

A simple theodolite or astrolabe A simple theodolite or astrolabe is formed by fixing a drinking straw to the base line of a protractor with sealing wax or glue.

A plumb line hung from the head of a fixing screw will make sure that the supporting pole is upright and will serve also to calculate the angle of the star or any other object.
