Evaluate voltage across the capacitor, Physics

Assignment Help:

Ques:

For the case of a capacitor which is originally charged and then connected across a resistor the charge on the capacitor the voltage across the capacitor and the current through the resistor all decrease exponentially with time. What does it signify to say that any one of these quantities decreases exponentially with time?

Feedback:

A preservative change in clock reading has a multiplicative effect on the current. In the case of exponential decay the factor is less than one.
