Evaluate the mean of temperatures, Mathematics

Assignment Help:

Evaluate the mean of temperatures:

Example:

Given the subsequent temperature readings,

573, 573, 574, 574, 574, 574, 575, 575, 575, 575, 575, 576, 576, 576, 578

Solution:

x' = 2(573) + 4(574) + 5(575) + 3(576) + 1(578)/15

x' = 8623/15

x' = 574.9
