You are the Marketing Consultant working for a client in ANY ONE of the following firms: a soft drink manufacturer, a mobile telephone service provider, a bank, or a retail operator in the distributive trade. You have been asked to analyse the factors that have contributed to the success of your chosen firm.

With reference to your chosen firm, you have been asked to produce a report that addresses the following:

a. Critically evaluate the firm's marketing strategy and the key factors that have contributed to its success to date.

b. Identify and discuss the challenges that the firm may be facing over the next three years.

c. In the context of the challenges identified above, assess the strategic options available to the firm and recommend the most appropriate strategic response that would ensure growth of the firm over the next three years.
