= A‾ B + C (A‾+ D‾) (As = A‾+D‾ using Demorgan's Law)

Using the specified convention as, A = True = 1; B = False = 0
=1‾.0 + C.1‾+ C.D‾ = 0 + 0 + C.D‾ = C.D‾
