Environment for Implementation of Innovation

Ernst and Young have a healthy environment that is appropriate for the business and its people. It offers best services with lower costs to its clients and communicates. Its environment encourages and enables to the company to implement innovation in it. It has a research and development center that make possible to analyze and execute new and innovative technology in it (Ernst and Young, 2012). It also sets goals and objectives to internal operations that are essential for sustainable business environment. Its meetings are also environment friendly to take corrective decisions to implement innovation. In addition, waste management is also considered in its environment to be friendlier with creative ideas for innovation.
