Efficiency Test on Sand Blasting:
After the study on sand blasting, the result was acceptable and the next step is planning to make order for new machine and search for vendors to quote. Before this, we had done several more repeated tests to ensure the result of sand blasting able to remove all fine burrs and did not damage any cutting edge of blade. Below figure shown that the great achieve result we had obtained from above sand blasting experiment.
As a result of this, we had decided to remove brushing process in production by implementing sand blasting method as a replacement of deburring process.
