Effect of IS on Humans - Information System

We have concentrated in this chapter on the ways that IS has evolved making it more useful and more user-friendly. This proliferation of IS has had a significant effect on the people within the organisation, or in WSF terms, the participants. Previous Section dealt with some issues of job design using the model adapted from Dilworth (1996).

Here we are going to take this further and look at the impact of IS on the people aspects of the process.
