Edict - Types of Managerial Tactic

Managers use an edict to direct change. The change is released as an order and the expected behaviour and performance is assumed. There are many different models. All shining a light into a darkened room. The action of moving forward must however be one of personal choice. There is one thing for certain; there can be no standing still.

To the cyclist the principle of moving forward is understood. Failing to peddle simply means that you will fall off or be overtaken.
