Does the executive have line-item veto power, History

Assignment Help:

Look up information about one of the American states, and tell me the following: How many terms can the executive serve? How long are the governor's (or gubernatorial--that's the proper adjective) terms? Does the executive have line-item veto power? Also, does the governor have any appointment power, or are major departmental heads all elected? Then tell me a bit about the legislature, how many members each house has (one state, of course, has only one--Nebraska).
