(a) Project Integration Management refers to the integration of the nine knowledge areas and project phases involved in coordinating project activities to ensure that a project team is working in a consolidated fashion. Critically discuss the Project Management Knowledge areas and use relevant examples to support your answer.

(b) A project has a beginning and an end. However, without a formal closure process, project teams can fail to recognize the end and this can drag the project into unnecessary expenses. Critically discuss the steps in project closure.

(c) Effective project control is always recommended by experienced practitioner as it provides a well-disciplined system that has beneficial effects such as managing expectations, reporting and monitoring performance. As a project manager, explain how you would apply project control. Support your answer with relevant examples.
